(I'll be out of town for just over a week. So further actions have me be backup for Hades, or if nothing exciting is happening, I'll practice flexibility and agility.)

(2+1=3) You use your powers to pick up the pieces of metal that was formerly a helmet, and then fire them at the wall as hard as you can. The wall is mostly undamaged though, only suffering a few scratches.

(6) you manage to avoid hitting your allies, but one of the metal spheres strikes the control panel, (6) not doing much visible damage but possibly damaging the electronics inside.
