First rule of advanced AI: It always finds a loophole in the safety precautions. Of course, another rule it it almost always become evil, which may work in your favor.

Basically, but whether the creators are good or evil, the AI is always Evil, so you might be able to manipulate it(point it at your enemies to keep it distracted, if it's fighting good it isn't betraying evil). It also turns against you no matter what the precautions to prevent it are.

Notice how I am not trying to be its master but rather its ally. AIs go evilkill their masters when they try to assert too much control over them.
