You're a psychiatrist, and the goal of the game is to help out the Cuddly Toys with their problems. It requires alot of trial and error, but everything is just portrayed so well that it feels very gratifying when you ARE able to help them.

Plus, you can give them electro-shock therapy whenever you want. ZAP! ZAP! ZAP! HAHAHAHA!

The game is so good, that I've considered buying one of the plushies they sell.
