Ok, the goal is to make the most overpowered, minmaxed character, and then have then duke out, there are some rules however: everything about it must be described in stats of some kind, and none of those might contain infinity!
After all, if it has stats we can kill it, right?
Also, these shouldn't be gods, they should be ridiculously powerful beings that could beat gods, but not gods themselves. Also, try to keep to a theme/stereotype.

It is futile. Already 99999999 is probably more than the amount of atoms in the universe.

guy with the gun that cannot be blocked/dodged/ stopped at anytime, auto hits and auto kills, I have 6 bullets, I use 5 of them on goku and one on myself.
