How does he find the other power roles? Going for the first-turn roleclaim of Agent or Supercop, I suspect, means that a Doppelganger (or the real Cop) someone will call you out, deciding the deprivation of our only rolechecker is worth losing a Doppelganger if the original is legit, or that the Doppel has to die for his audacity, but that the Doppels won't ever waste a turn killing a doctor-guarded guy.

Explanation:

Dopp claims Cop, hoping for Doctor protection. Cop calls him out, he gets lynched.

Cop claims Cop: Doppelgangers avoid him, seeking out the doctor faster, is one possibility. However, a Doppelganger may call him out with another cop roleclaim, seeking to get the cop killed, deciding it's worth the sacrifice to deprive us of our cop.

I demand that the Cop confirm me first.

Anyhow, he's right. If the Vet roleclaims, we have a couple of different outcomes:

1. Squeegy is the War Vet
 A. Squeegy doesn't accidentally kill anyone.
 B. Squeegy can possibly help people.
 C. Dopplegangers attack Squeegy: one of them dies and he dies.

2. Squeegy isn't the War Vet
 A. Squeegy is killed by War Vet.
 B. Dopplegangers attack Squeegy: he dies.
 C. He is a Doppleganger. See 2A.

As you can see, he doesn't win in situation 2. Unless there's two War Vets. Are there two of those roles? I don't think so... I don't really remember.

Yeah, he's not a Hammerer, just a crazy.

However, a Vet claim is still less dangerous to Town than a Cop claim.

I'm fairly certain we have only one of each role - otherwise the Cop claim wouldn't be such a hot issue for me.

No, I wanted to know. In any event, I trust you, altough it might mean we are unable to verify it, since if you decide to stop firing for one night, the Dopp might kill you. At least the Agent won't accidently get killed.

And there is no Cop. Only the Agent and the Doctor.

EDIT: I just realized though. It would be best if the Agent roleclaim and the Doctor does not. That way, the Agent can start checking and revealing the results of his check, while the Doctor keeps him alive with a lesser chance of being found out by the Dopps and killed.

Of course, if he does drop his protection for one night, the Agent can investigate him AND the doctor can protect him. However, this does give the Dopplegangers a free kill. It does, however, stop needless Town deaths, because who knows what other roles there are.
