I'm unsure with how many actions and things I get, but I'll start with a Ye

Olde Homing Fireball To The Face on Markov, and then I'll run left and take

cover in that puddle of muck and water, if I can.

I fire a radioactive fireball at the tree.

Too bad the passive power has no extra effect on the fireball...

Uh oh I'm in the middle

Guess I'll just have to grenade swarm the radioactive guy!
