Turn 1!I concentrate on getting the lead, driving really fast. If somebody other than me is in the lead, I shoot them. Otherwise I shoot whoever is gaining on me the most.

Failing that you proceed to fire the ballista,when you pull the trigger a mysterious breeze is felt and a loud ripping sound is heard,when the bolt completely misses it's target you notice your trousers flapping with the wind through the dust of the other racers as they drive off.

Before Frelock gets away you secure the grapple end of your weapon to your vehicle,then with great strength you launch the anchor into the air at the PAHauler,the anchor smashes into the chassis and securely tethers your vehicles together.
With a shocking jerk your vehicle is propelled by the power of five dwarves!
You are now tethered to Frelock's vehicle,if he makes a successful speed roll you will travel with him,even if he gets to progress two squares rather than one.
You will lose the tether if:
-You fail your cornering roll or crash
-He fails his cornering roll,crashes,or fails his speed roll and you overtake him.
-Anyone manually detatches the tether

When you do start moving,it is slow,and although your being very cautious not to go off course,you do. Bad start chap!
