Inaluct says, "Guys, we need to warn the Earl, no matter what, but we can't leave each other. I think we should try to find the castle. Cheeetar, I think you should be the one in the front of the group, since you seem fine. Aoness, you seem to be okay, too. We'll need everyone, though, if we want to make it back."

Inaluct tries to gather the soldiers into a group with Cheeetar in the front.

"I disagree. If we move forward, we could easily be decimated and the Earl will recieve no warning at all. However, so we remain together, I shall go with you. It would be even more folly to split up"
I take up position in front and ready to move.

Protip: Name Pronunciation
Webadict - weh-ba-dick-teh
Inaluct - in-ah-luck-teh
Rick - rih-kuh
Cheeetar - cheee-tar
Aoness - ei-wah-nez

I tried to make the names seem less like usernames and more like... well, names. So sorry, a1s.

Noticing the sudden change of pronunciation in his name, Inaluct decides that he is now Captain of this group. "I'm claiming the position as captain of our forces, as our previous leader is now dead. Call me Captain Inalucteh. Also, you guys are all Sergeants now."

Awesome, a promotion, and I haven't even done anything yet. I look for Captain Inalucteh and other soldiers sergeants, but not too loudly, lest I be attacked by a hiding enemy.

"Guys... I need a doctor," said Webadict, as he lay against a tree. He held his right hand up to his chest, applying pressure to the grievous wound he had. "I'll need one soon."

He quickly assessed the situation. "I don't think I can walk on my own. If someone can help carry me, I'll be able to walk with you. We have to hurry...," he paused, taking a short breath. "The enemy can't be far behind us."

I prefer it to be pronounced as "ei-wan-ez", if it sounds roughly Mexican/Spanish/Wood Elven in you head, you got it right.

anyway,

"There's no use sitting around", said Sergeant Aywanez, "we should probably split into 2 groups and go look for that castle".

Sudden Event
Suddenly, you hear rustling from the bushes. Crawling carefully over, you part the bushes and see a patrol of 2 soldiers walking along the road. They appear to be completely oblivious of your presence.

Enemy Party:
Name: Enemy
HP: ?/25
Coins: ?
Skills: ?
Status: Lively
Weapon: Steel Short sword
Items: Copper Shield, Wooden Low boots, Leather greaves

Name: Enemy
HP: ?/25
Coins: ?
Skills: ?
Status: Lively
Weapon: Copper Scimitar
Items: Bone Shield

As well, you have discovered a path. The first step to escape.

GM's Note: Natural 20 on that roll, not bad.

Webadict tries to hide, patching up some of his wounds.

"Shhh." Inaluct looks at Sergeant Aywanez and nods. He quietly crouches and notches an arrow, ready to fire on the enemy soldier that Aywanez doesn't attack.
