Actually I'm inclined to open the hatch.

Open it. If unable, break it. wait for the water, then climb out.
I would grab hold of the ladder if you stick with this plan, if you don't hold on to something you might end up getting smashed into something and explode into gore...

On the Wall is a Masterfully engraved carving of Urist McHardcastle and Goblins. Urist McHardcastle is surrounded by the Goblins. The Golbins are stamping on Urist McHardcastle. Urist McHardcaste is laughing at the Goblins. The carving related to the prolonged and bloody death of Urist McHardcastle in the Fall of 1659, the Winter of 1659, and the Spring of 1660. On the engraving is an image of Cheese.

"My friends? Well. One left and went back to Rodel, I do not know what happened to him. The other one and I traveled down the river towards Baurville, however he get stranded from a leak in our boat. We met some fairies and then some gigantic monster attacked we ran north but we got separated. I know not what happened to him either. What are you going to do now? Leave?"

"Yeah, I'm goin' to Piet, and if those imps refuse to help me, I'll rip a couple of there heads off and see if there decision changes at all. I'm picking up a decent weapon first though."

Fairies eat moonbeams and happiness...
Actually they probably drink human blood.
I'm 75% sure that they are dangerous to me.

I will be on the lookout for... stuff. Anything. Bodies, monsters, mysterious evil houses, you name it.
EDIT: I will also try to make little weapons for the fairies from the safety pin.

You want to make weapons for your fairies out of the safety pin, but you don't know how, and the little guys couldn't hold anything if they tried.

Actually I'm inclined to open the hatch.

Open it. If unable, break it. wait for the water, then climb out.

You hold onto the ladder as you open the hatch.

An endless stream of water pours down on you. You wait a bit for the water to stop, but then you realize that there's a freaking river above the hatch, and the river isn't going to run out of water soon.

What do you do?

Take the hatch. Yeah, really, it's wood, you know. Wood floats. Peasants don't.

Well, I don't really need it to stop, but if the stream lessens enough for me to climb out I do that. Wait for it.

"Huh. Can I come along?"

You ask if you may accompany the demon,

"Sure, I may need a hand. Meet me at the western exist of the Fort."

Derrick then goes to the Armory.

What do you do?

Take the hatch. Yeah, really, it's wood, you know. Wood floats. Peasants don't.

Well, I don't really need it to stop, but if the stream lessens enough for me to climb out I do that. Wait for it.

You try to take the hatch, but the sturdy dwarven hinge holds strong. You climb upwards into the river.

You are drowning, you will drown in three turns.

What do you do?

I bes on the look out for strange vortexes in the river.

Nah, not really. I row to shore and shout: OI ANY FAIRIES AROUND

You go ashore and start shouting for Fairies, but none come, you see a weird water vortex in the river though,

it looks like somebody's coming out of it!

What do you do?

-2 fertilized eggs
-Arson and Manslaughter (baby fairies)

That's in Nuke's status. I assume the fairies were once the eggs.

For that viciously bad pun, I'm gonna introduce a NPC named Vlynndar just so that I can kill him of in a cruel and unusual way.
Watermelons are pretty important.

The chunkiness of the internal logic is based on my drawing ability, which is chunky.

This is awesome, I think it should be a real tabletop game.

Hm..

Maybe I should start one, but I don't want to clog up the board with PA games, and of course you may not want lots of people using your idea.

Thank you very much Hawkfrost, I told this to my friends, and they joked that I could sell this thing. I'm not quite sure how though, unless I sold people magnet-type figurines and a customizable board of some type, along with the 2-3 page instructions.

Org and Jonathan have started games based on PA, and I'm following along with theirs. If you want to start one, go ahead, I just want credit.

I go to the western exit of the fort and wait for the demon.

You wait for Derrick at the entrance, he meets you there and you both finally head for Piet!

You will arrive there in the future.
