I have a horrible feeling that this is going to turn into a peasant drowning simulator if this goes on much longer.

Well, I seem to have been sort of right, in that the guy was a murderer.

If Rooster does not succeed I get Cheetar in the boat. If he does, I paddle the boat towards the other boat.

If Rooster can save Cheetar as well as get him in the boat, I paddle the boat closer to the shore. If he cannot, I save Cheetar.

Rooster, now able to move about the boat, moves to save Cheeetar, he pulls him out of the water and resuscitates him out of his unconsciousness, elevating him to 1hp.

If Rooster does not succeed I get Cheetar in the boat. If he does, I paddle the boat towards the other boat.

If Rooster can save Cheetar as well as get him in the boat, I paddle the boat closer to the shore. If he cannot, I save Cheetar.

Jon paddles the boat closer to the lost boat,



the party is now close enough to the boat to perform actions on it, and is also close enough to the shore to disembark. The boat will not float away if they leave.

Alright, now I just need slowpoke Rooster to give me his command, and the amazing journey back to Rodel can take place.

It was a fluke that both Cheeetar and Jon survived that fight. Had Jon decided not to save Cheeetar at the last moment, Jon would have been killed by that 17 damage attack, then Cheeetar would have immediately drowned.

I'm gonna have to think of better deathtraps.
