TThis is what an undead elephant looks like
« on: February 25, 2009, 01:29:55 pm »

Hi guys, I found this picture and thought immediately of Dwarf Fortress and undead elephants. I'm putting it in as a link so no one tries to think I'm passing this off as my own  ;D   right, like I have artistic skills...

The snow effects around it's body are a bit well, strange; in terms of the wind going over the body and under it again, making the wind look slightly unrealistic from the whole animal.

Besides that it looks great! Though not like an undead elephant, beside we can only have skeletons or zombies here, take your pick. Skeletal creatures kick ass IMO.

 Thank goodness for C.O.W.

Of course, we all know Toady must now specify if undead have bits of flesh still on them, hair, etc. It is the only way.

Buck up friendo, we're all on the level here.
I would bet money Andrew has edited things retroactively, except I can't prove anything because it was edited retroactively.

Wow. Sabre-toothed Rhino?
Did anyone play Conan on xbox360? That had an undead mammoth boss, iirc.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Not quite as cool as your pic. :D

WELCOME TO FUCKING BAY12!
 - not only do they have the weapons, they also have the Fortresses -
I have noticed a rather mixed reaction with microcline, but what do people think of olivine?
Oh I love olivine.  I think dark green furniture makes the fortress tasteful.
Wait, what?

I would say it's not just one or the other- that picture actually strikes me as pretty demonlike. Glowy eyes and strong-looking undead flesh and all.

I see.. Boar/Rhino, there.
