I interpreted that as sort of "influence", whether (or perhaps both) political or militaristic.

Ah, makes more sense now that I see it's a wrapper.

So inaluct, would you mind putting up a basic 'template' for the cards, so we can put the stats and things in the right place? Everyone seems to have different formats, except that the name goes in the top left and the picture goes to the right.
