Orc bones?

How do I get the bones from an orc corpse? the butchers shop just ignores them even if they're adjacent. do I just have to let them rot somewhere?

It would be pretty cool if you could put a corpse in a barrel full of lye and dissolve it's flesh, but you can't. :P
