I've noticed after robbing a few caravans of all their ferrous materials, that they seem to be less willing to deal with slim profit margins.  Before my rampant banditry, they were OK with making a profit of 25-50, now they want 250-500!  Jerks.

I think this topic was derailed, so back to the imp fat, I personally haven't butchered an imp, and the imps in my map are dead, somebody should try that out.

In case anyone hasn't tested it yet, wood blocks doesn't work; they just disappear in a puff of smoke.

As far as I can tell, it doesn't make them mad.. 

They wont attack you, but they still will notice the "total money" loss from visiting you

I wonder if this can be offset by handing them pieces of goblin armor.

sort of back on topic..  I tried modding some stone to 'burn' cold, hoping I could do the stupid coal trick and have it FREEZE chunks of the ocean instead of evaporating holes in it..  and instead I got stone that boils and evaporates as soon as I mine it out of the wall.  *DOH*

OTOH, that would cut out some of the stone clutter around the fortress....

Fire imps would be fun to breed, but dwarf pyromaniacs are dangerous enough WITHOUT the ability to throw fireballs.

btw, I went to a old fort in adven. mode and picked up a iron bin filled with lign. with the intention to throw the flame-ing doom at enemys.

I failed, it would not catch fire no mather what :I

Well, I would assume that the ONLY way for it to catch fire is magma, good luck carrying THAT around in adventure mode
