"You won't die now. I cannot remove the other side effects of that encounter, but please accept this" She hands you a black cape, it is slightly torn, and you notice sewn images of shadowy figures murdering, raping and doing other nasty stuff to peasants.
"This is a very powerfull item. This way you can call me almost any time you want. There has to be blood around when you call me. Now I will return to Armok. I hope we meet again mortal. I like you!". When she leaves you put the cape on, you then look at your hand, and you are frightened. For a moment you saw that your hand was gone and instead you saw only bones.
