I haven't tried them with the new update. They should have a Marxon AA though. It should help things a bit.

I've asked Theo to up the cost of planes by triple to help even things out. They are way overpowered right now. I think only Russia has decent enough AA to take them on, and even then they can survive long enough to do arseloads of damage.

We tried to play a game where planes weren't allowed but the person who wholeheartedly agreed to it broke it anyway *coughcolincoughcough*  ::) It was cool though, since it's just plain fun and I would have done the same considering trying to destroy a kingtiger entrenched behind enemy lines firing at you with impunity in a dense urban area... is not easy.

Yeah, it was fairly hard to flank it when ever single one of my men were conscripts, AND MY TRUCKS FLIPPED ON A BRIDGE AND CRUSHED EVERYONE INSIDE!!!! *cries*...

And the plane thing was basically because it was getting boring on our end, you know that it was acctually easier for your side to move tanks and that right? we have 1 bridge that a tank could cross, you had two massive ones. There was tank traps everywhere on our side just made it even harder.

That map probably wasn't meant for battlezones.

Anyone play the DC mod?  It's totally ridiculous when they send like, 10-15 tanks against you as soon as you get one.  I've suddenly thought of something though.  Do mines you place during one mission stay on the map for the next mission?  Say you capture a place, then mine up the entrance before you save, then you get attacked.  Will the mines still be there?

Has anyone seen this?:

Just goes to show that a modern physics engine and fancy graphics really can't save an AI that does something that hilariously stupid.  But man, if that wasn't entertaining.

Yeah... this is the story of my plane career in that game. Taking off is the hardest thing ever, and very weird, you need to start the engines, hit space space which throws your plane in the air, it starts to fall and you have to pull up for about 20 seconds before you can fly it properly.

Also, a great tactic is to suicide bomb some nerblewerfers.

I'm not really sure if that makes it funnier or not.

Hey, does anyone have any objections is Theo/Flamerfist added French Revolutionaries (As a seperate faction) and Flame tanks (For the 4 normal factions) to the mod? We were also thinking of making a zombie mod, as there are burned/dead textures for every single soldier already.

So what do you say? Yay, or nay?

Dude, I haven't even played Men of War beyond the demo, but a zombie mod would kick righteous arse.  Righteously.

No idea how you'd do it though...  Is there anything in the game for melee attacks?
