| The Rodinians engage the ants in another battle. After a brief skirmish in support range of their navy, the marines march towards the ant colony unaided. After a fairly heavy fight, they find themselves deadlocked near the ant mount. The ants have taken heavier casualties then the Rodinians.
Then the Colossi arrive, attacking the ants on their other flank. The ants take further casualties. They make their way to the Rodinians, and together the coalition forces make their way to the ant mound. The ants cave in the entrance themselves, preventing the coalition forces from destroying them.
