Alright, I'll get the rolls up later tonight. If it isn't obvious what you're trying to accomplish, please clarify. (I assume that the Zefies and the Bronze Colossi are are trying to improve their economies.)

Turn 3. Random.org is doing funny stuff today. Lots of 6s.

Warboss Org’s Boyz – | Warboss Org yells for better ways of killing stuff. One of his minions was on the verge of discovering how to smelt iron, but he was jokingly shoved into the fire and was promptly incinerated.
Economy – 3
Technology – 1
Military – 3
Population – 1.8 + 0.1(MRL) = 1.9
Infrastructure – 2
Morale – 6

R1ck’s Basinians – | The Basinian government begins encouraging stargazing and watching other natural phenomena. As a result, they can now navigate without landmarks, and a calendar was developed. From this, they then learned when to plant crops or harvest them for optimal efficiency.

Economy – 2
Technology – 1 + 1(ACT) = 2
Military – 2
Population – 3
Infrastructure – 2 + 1(ACT) = 3
Morale – 5 – 1(INF) = 4

Strife26’s Zefies - | The Zefies discover the fine art of digging caves. In one of their shafts, they discover a good supply of obsidian, which should be useful for many things.

Economy – 2 + 1(ACT) = 3
Technology – 1 + 1(ACT) = 2
Military – 2
Population – 2.3 + 0.1(MRL) = 2.4
Infrastructure – 3
Morale – 6

Frelock’s Raiders of Rodinia – | A few of the feudal lords begin harassing each others’ shipping. Due to the competition, several designs are improved, but the navy is slightly weakened by the fighting.

Economy – 2.5 + 0.1(Rounding) = 2.6
Technology – 1 + 1(ACT) = 2
Military – 2.5 + 0.1(Rounding) = 2.6 - 1(next turn only)
Population – 2.4  + 0.1(MRL) = 2.5
Infrastructure – 3
Morale – 6

Shade’s Zaniah – | The Zaniah begin drafting the populace to work in the army.

Attacking counts as a full turn, as you could steal stats from another faction.

Economy – 2
Technology – 1
Military – 2 + 1(ACT) = 3
Population – 3 – 0.25(ACT) = 2.75
Infrastructure – 3
Morale – 5

Navian’s Bronze Colossi – | One colossi sets off to explore the world. She travels far and wide, eventually finding the perfect tree,  and she brings a few home. This Maple Tree has very distinct leaves, and since the only ones the colossi have are in the royal mint, the inflationary problems appear to be over. The populace is thrilled.

Economy – 1 + 1(ACT) = 2
Technology – 2
Military – 2
Population – 2.3 – 0.1(MRL) = 2.2
Infrastructure – 2
Morale – 4 + 1(ACT) = 5

| A Barbarian Chiefdom – | The barbarians are displeased at their recent loss, and work on increasing their ability to feed even more warriors.

Economy – 2
Technology – 1
Military –3
Population –1.8
Infrastructure – 2 + 1(ACT) = 3
Morale – 5 + 1(INF) = 6

I draft the stronger members of Basinian society into the army, while also better organizing the military and giving them this symbol to use:

The Raiders of Rodinia will spend the next turn instituting royally-patrolled shipping lanes.  This should improve the economy and infrastructure of Rodinia.

Who would have thought that mathematics would open up the door for flinging rocks on ballistic trajectories to obliterate hapless stationary targets? The Colossi sure didn't!  The economy has been saved, and for the people of the Colossal Village, it's time for some holiday fun incorporating some wonderful boulder-flinging. Just be sure to  yell 'FORE'!

Everybody posted their turns within 24 hours of the last turn, here’s you’re reward: turn 4. Amusingly, everybody posted in the same order as last turn.

Warboss Org’s Boyz – | Warboss Org yells for more boyz. Those near him hear “toyz.” Warboss Org receives a miniature wood carving of a Choppa. A few more underlings lose their heads.

Economy – 3
Technology – 1
Military – 3
Population – 1.9 + 0.1(MRL) = 2.0
Infrastructure – 2
Morale – 6

R1ck’s Basinians – | The Basinian government institutes the draft amongst those who are fully fit. Unfortunately, the loss of a single toe is enough to disqualify people from the military, and few remain eligible for long.

Economy – 2
Technology – 2
Military – 2
Population – 3 – 0.1(MRL) = 2.9
Infrastructure –  3
Morale – 4 + 1(INF) = 5

Strife26’s Zefies - | The Zefies heavily fortify their city, while creating ingenious new pathways. They can easily get about in their city, but enemies will have a very hard time attacking them. The knowledge of engineering that they gain from this will also help them when attacking.

Economy – 3
Technology – 2
Military – 2 + 1(ACT) = 3
Population – 2.4 + 0.1(MRL) = 2.5
Infrastructure – 3 + 0.5(ACT) = 3.5
Morale – 6

Frelock’s Raiders of Rodinia – | The Royal Navy begins patrolling the sea lanes between the Islands of Rodinia. Trade flourishes throughout Rodinia, but a few ships are lost.

Economy – = 2.6 + 0.75(ACT) + 0.1(Rounding) = 3.5
Technology – 2
Military –  2.6 + 0.1(ACT) = 2.7 - 1(next turn only)
Population – 2.5 + 0.1(MRL) = 2.6
Infrastructure – 3 + 0.75(ACT) = 3.75
Morale – 6

Shade’s Zaniah – | The Zaniah counter-attack the barbarian tribe!
After a long march, the Zaniah face the barbarians.
With superior tactical skill and military might, the Zaniah beat back the barbarians!
The Zaniah capture some barbarian prisoners, and use them to increase their (population [freedom], infrastructure [slavery], or morale[sacrifice/gladiators/what have you.]. Choose one as a free action; it will take effect as though it was done this turn.)
Excited by their easy victory, the populace receive a large temporary morale boost!
Barbarian military weakened!

Economy – 2
Technology – 1
Military – 3
Population – 2.75
Infrastructure – 3
Morale – 5 + 1(INF) 3(ACT) = 9, (-1/tun, 3 turns remain)

Navian’s Bronze Colossi – | The colossi invent golf, and have a nation holiday to celebrate their new inventions! Bored of the spectacle, I wander off partway through typing th….

Economy – 2
Technology – 2
Military – 2
Population – 2.2
Infrastructure – 2
Morale – 5 + 3(ACT) – 1(INF) = 7 (-1/turn for 3 turns)

A Barbarian Chiefdom – | The barbarians begin to reform their military, trying to improve upon their mistakes. The new leadership decides that making the enemy flee with excessive and obscene taunting is an effective overall battlefield strategy.

Economy – 2
Technology – 1
Military –3 – 1(Enemy ATTACK!) – 1(ACT) = 1
Population –1.8 + 0.1(INF) – 0.5(Enemy ATTACK!) = 1.4
Infrastructure – 3
Morale – 6 + 1(INF) – 1(Enemy ATTACK!) = 6

It's time to get some work done! Digging! Bricklaying! Tap-dancing! The Colossi are building a proper city now, and whatever else that means, it definitely implies large, impressive permanent workshops and residences surrounded by extensively paved areas, so that no one tramples their neighbours to death on the way to tee off. Although, city planning can be pretty tricky sometimes.

The zefie's will start to look into metalworking. Steel if possible. I like steel.

They'd be happy to start getting into irons right now though, even though it's slightly worse than bronze for most things.
