It have 4 legs on the lower torso... 6 arms on upper torso that is placed like evil scientist Dr. Loveless (wild wild west) and 1 big head with big jaws and stupid grin... It have tough skin and tough flesh... small brain like me... hu hu hu... it have 4 big claws every hand... it also have a big spike on every piece of spine sticking out of back! Also two big horns used for severe evilness... Me stupid and tired... me no understand stupid editors!

Could someone please make this creature for me? It should have black legs and most of the body should be pale white. Someone please make that beast for me since those stupid editors are just 2 complicated for simple little me to understand   :(

Okay... Now that my 98% of my brain has melted into grey/red goo, could someone please spare the remaining 2% the trouble of trying to solve the mystery of the editors for me? You see, those 98% of my brain that melted did so because of me trying to make a new creature for Armok. I now admit that my brain has found a puzzle it cannot solve and I humbly ask of assistance (that is you do all the work) in creating the Slayer-Beast that I described in the last post. I would be most grateful for the help and I will raise a rather large statue of you (the one that help me, that is) as soon as I can do so on Armok.

"Well... No metal will be able to withstand the ultimate power of the Spelguru-Metal!!! It will be 51 harder than diamonds and it will be immune to acid, lava, dragon flames, really acidic acids, rust and all magic! At least it will be once I stop being so lazy and actually try to create it"

This is the reason no one is going to make stuff for you.

Oh... Now you made me sad...  :(  But I wouldnt actually try to create Spelguru-Metal for 2 reasons:
1. The name is not good.
2. Because it would destroy the fun of the world it would be present in cuz if someone had it for an armor or an weapon they would be invincible... And that would ruin the fun, even if u r the one wearing it.

And I also tried to create the Slayer-Beast, I actually tried. But I couldnīt understand the editors even with the help of the manual...

I guess Iīm just a stupid and not-nice person...

 :(

#2 is exactily my point.  If something is that good it isnt a game anymore, or at least its a very different one!  (Pac man...  heh...  run from the people with super armor till you get a super weapon..)

The editors are just a pain to use.  Probably Denim would make the slayer beast, but why bother?  They're just a big killing machine...

They are a big killing machine... Lets face it, they are big, smelly, evil and they got claws that would make Diablo from Diablo2 afraid. But when much of the rest of the game is getting finished they will also be hunted down like animals since ppl have an tendancy to do that against things they think are big, smelly and evil. They will also need lots more food to sustain all those muscles, and their skull looks nice to place on top of the fireplace.

Demon, have you ever played a game called ADOM (Ancient Domains of Mystery or something) cuz if you like not being godlike then play that game. No matter how powerful you get there is always at least 1 monster that is more powerful than your character. It can be downloaded HERE

Yeah I've played ADOM and gotten pseudo godlike in that, but nothing even comes close to a Greater Moloch.

If you like being godlike you should play Ragnarok, which you can get here: http://www.win.tue.nl/~kroisos/ragnarok/   I've been playing this game for the past couple days, its great!

That web page said save files aren't deleted anymore?!?  Did you beat it playing it once through, or did you reload it?  I can't get very far playing it like a traditional rogue-like with permanent death.

I had to reload...    :(   What happens is ever 200 turns you can hit quit and choose backup and continue, and that file wont be deleted.  If you choose to save and quit then load from that, it will be deleted.

All right, things makes sense again.  Bad things always happened to my character in that frozen underworld and so on, even when I was level 60 or whatever.

Yeah, thats Niflhiem, and its pretty hard...  Theres some dreater demons donw there you have to kill to prevent them from showing up in the final battle but I can never kill one of them.
The trick to survive there is to get really fast, like 60 or so, or just stop time then go there.

Ragnarok... ahhh
well..
i had a couple games that were pretty good WITHOUT saving and backing up!
i remember the amazement the first time i went to nifelhelm..
(and died 2 rounds later)
the way i always did it was to get those tree things to fill up a level in the woods..
adn kill them til you are REALLY high level..
then you can go around and beat up most things..
but there are tons of things you need to be protected from various things..
extermination scrolls were very usefull.
but then the rangers came..
and when you kill rangers...
more rangers come!!
they ended quite a few of my games..
I actualy got to the end once.. to ragnarok..
but some demon thing just killed me before i could give any of the items to the gods..
so it sorta sucked..
oh well :-)
