On everyone running out of money,how about a 'cash reboot',basically everyone is given starting funds to continue the mindless slaughter.

I'd second that rule. It seems pretty much necessary, since, y'know, no cash if cities are blown up without a kill being achieved.

Ooh, another idea: what about Taxation? You get a War Dollar each turn for every two cities you have (possibly with half-dollars if you have an odd number of cities) at the end of the turn? Thus, it's impossible and disadvantageous to defend forever, but there's a reason to preserve more than one of your cities.

Everyone is the Warlord of a continent. Each continent has 15 major cites/health thingies. You have 15 War dollars to use towards building and using a WoMD(weapon of mass destruction) or to rebuild 1 city. The goal of the game is to be the last continent alive. Youre defeated if you have no cities left.

You get 1 War dollar if you aided in the defeat of a continent for that round, you get 2 War dollars if you land the finishing blow(i.e. Africa attacks Antartica, Europe attacks and defeats Antartica;Africa gets 1 war dollar, Europe gets 2 War dollars).

A round starts with one continents actions and keeps on going until every continent has had a turn to make a WoMD or restore a city. Then a new round starts.
