Doesnt nuking a player still count as helping in its destruction? If I don't get back that Dollar, then I suppose I cancle that attack. (It IS still Round Two)

Once the last city is destroyed, all other nukes on that land are wasted.

WorkerDone and IndonesiaWarMinister can in fact cancel their nuclear attack though.

Importnat Update: It seems that Nilocy has repaired his city for his turn, and Pandraseic has failed to account for that, meaning he still have one city left rather than zero. Since WorkerDrone is the last person to post, I'm going to assume that his Orbital Bomardment succeded in killing Nilocy.

 Alas, due to the secrecy involving the decisions of this particular strike, no images may be shown. However, a nuke from a Destroyer ship owned by the Holy Sealand Empire was seen heading in the general direction of The People's Democratic Socialist People's Liberty Republican Republic of The Congo. Some say alliances were part of this strike, which comes as a shock as the holy Sealand Empire was uninvolved in the last round of strikes.
