 Upon hearing The Land of the Atomic Wedgie had fired a nuke at Umimans Feet, the HSE decided to strike back at such senseless acts. Our reporters are on the scene, watching as the HSE retaliates against such aggressors. Word also has it there are talks with Umimans Feet about possible relief work, but confirmation is still unknown.

This game could become a wee bit more with the addition of a couple game mechanics... Some trading and non-hostile takeover would aid gameplay immensely.
