You might try telling us something about the mod. Just calling them "Hobbits" doesn't mean anything.

P.S. At least it's what I did in my former Middle Earth mod :).

actually no, i made a new creature. and their prefstring is "mirthful" since they are a jolly bunch with alot of parties.
some questions:
1. does size matters when i need to mine as i try to make them 4 and they wouldn't touch the pick.
2. if i set them to minor_metal will they still use imported iron weapons etc.?
3. can i make them use knives?
4. can i change their city type like Burrows instead of mountainhome?

1. You will need to mod in a digging implement that is small enough for them to use.
2. Yes.
3. No. Shortswords should work though.
4. Sorry, only forest retreats, cities, dark towers, and mountainhomes are valid. Probably best to use cities.

This still tells us nothing about the content other than "it contains hobbits."  Does it contain anything else?  Do they have a unique civ, or did you just replace dwarves with hobbits?  Do they have any unique weapons or clothes?  Did you add any creatures apart from hobbits?  What about plants, metals, and other materials?

It's a legitimate question.

I meant that they are the same human creature with another prefstring and size, so there's no point to post the content of creature file if you didn't release the mod. Or at least there's no point to describe it in details :).

New items/clothing/entity changes would be nice to list though.

What sort of question is that for a dwarf? You looking to start a forum fight?

hell no not in here fight somewhere else i got better things to do. since apparently u don't know hobbits, hobbits are creatures that are big as human children. they don't wear shoes as their feet are thick soles. they can run faster and quieter than humans. they are a merry group that party and drink like dwarves. for wars only in a few cases has hobbits been involve in some battles and most were hobbit adventurers.
