Okay, I'm just a bit aways from finishing up the items section. Once thats done I'll start up the first game.

Also, the first adventure will be taking part on an oceanic planet. The planet was settled for the sole reason that it had huge mineral value and the game will take place on a surface conlony and a underwater minig complex. I'll leave the rest a suprise.

Here's the Character Creation, but some parts you won't be able to complete

(1)Roll for Character Stats: Roll 1D6 for each stat (Except Attacks, which start at 1 for all characters). The result is the value the stat will use.
(2)Choose a Character Class: Choose from one of the four character classes available, make not of its bonus traits and special ability, and add its stat bonuses to your character.
(3)Determine Bonuses and Derived Attributes: Determine your character's stat bonuses by dividing a stats value (Every 2 points in a stat gives an additional +1 bonus), Ranged Skill and Melee Skill and Attacks do not have bonuses. Then determine your character's Hp (Strength Plus Toughness), Fatigue (Equal to Toughness Bonus), Movement rate (Equals Agility), Carrying capacity (Strength*20).
(4)Choose Skills: New Characters are given 8 skill points to distribute amongst their skills as the see fit, except that they cannot raise any skill above level 2. (The max level of a players skills is 2 during character creation, so you can only put two points in a skill at max. After this, any skill points purchased may be place however the player chooses).
(5)Choose a Trait: New characters are granted one free trait. They may pick any trait in the list as long as they meet all the prerequisites.
(6)Fill in the Gaps: Now that the character's stats and capabilities are done, fill out the character's background and details (such as age, gender, personality, etc..)
(7)Determine Starting Credits and Buy Gear: In order to determine how much cash your character starts with roll 3D6 and multiply the result by ten. The resulting total is how many credits your character starts the game with.  The player may then use these credits to buy whatever gear they wish as long as the Overseer approves. The Overseer may also increase the amount of starting credit players have access to.

Stats Are: Strength, Endurance, Agility, Intelligence, Psyche, Ranged Skill, Melee Skill

Seriously though, this game was initially just going to be a quick 10 page rulebook for tactical 1 vs 1 player games. Now it's mutated into a full blown PnP game with over 100 pages of material.

Yaaga ‘Burstfire’ is a hired gun, that’s how he’s always lived, and there’s not a thing, or a government, in the world that can turn him away from that path. Who he works for doesn’t matter to him, if you don’t work for the government, and you can pay the bill, he’ll shoot whoever you tell him to shoot, or make sure your shipment, whatever it is, gets there intact. His title ‘Burstfire’ comes from the automatic rifle he has slung across his back, his preferred weapon. Whatever his actual last name is, it has been lost to time.

Starts with 130 credits, but I have nothing to spend them on yet.

Filled in all that I could, I'll polish up when skill lists and such are given to us. This is how it should look (Minus parts about not having necesary material) right?

EDIT: Edited based on your feedback, bummer about the game companies man 

EDIT 2: Alright, fixed up again, took out those bonuses, but shouldn't you be able to get better attack rolls using those stats? So like a + to hit/dmg/crit rolls based on your skill with that type of weapon/2? Or does it perhaps calculate differently?

Seems ypu might have misinterpreted what i meant by stats bonuses. You don't add them to the stat that they're from. They are there to add to skills, so your strength, for example, should be 7. With it giving a +3 bonus to all strength based skills (like climb or swim)

And as to marketing this, I actually tried to e-mail a few companies about it, but they ignored me. So giving this and my future games away for free is a big "fuck you!" to them

Edit: In response to Yaaga's feedback: Most companies won't even listen to you unless you have a billion degrees in being boring and unoriginal, so I don't fit the recruiting specs. Also,  You don't add your extra endurance from your class to fatigue, but the additional endurance does help, so your fatigue is 3. And as i think i said, Ranged and melee skills do not have associated bonuses, as there are no skills that are governed by them

Nope. Those two skills modify your chance to hit and the damage you do as they get higher.
According to my calculations you will hit in both melee and ranged by rolling a 5 or 6. Any lower and you miss
