I'm Still a newb at modding, but I decided to make this mod as I wanted to try to recreate boatmurdered in the current version. So without further ado here is the Entity entry:

I also changed the Stats of the Elephants so that they can cut down your dwarves with ease. The only thing I can't figure out is how to get them to stop saying Elephant Wrestler all the time...

Ok, first I'm not interested in recreating Boatmurder. Second this is an awesome idea. Giant land whales armored with spikes and leathery hide. What are their intentions? How do they make the armor? Who knows but you've pissed them off somehow and now they want blood.

I don't know how to make a siege civ without professions and if you want them unarmed they'll be labeled as wrestlers.

Well the Boatmurdered thing was just a joke, but I had always wanted to fight against Elephants since everyone says that they, along with carps and unicorns, are the bane of all dwarfdom. I was thinking of making them with weapons, but once I played against them I realized they didn't need it (lol unconcious Elephant surrounded by 3 of my strongest wrestlers was still able to wake up and maul one of the guards babies to death before walking into a trap and dieing). I may give them special weapons like tusks or something as a piercing weapon to augment their raw strength.

This could be interesting when combined with clasic goblin sieges. Just make bigger variety of their units.

After having dealt with some vicious Dwarf smashing Rhino's they'd make for an interesting auxillary force for the Elephants.

The professions thing could work out with a little imagination, Elephants with razor sharp tusks wwould be spearElephants, blunt tusks for hammer or macephants. Elephants who have lost their tusks or too young to form them would be wrestlers.

basically I gave them a bludgeon weapon and a piercing weapon. I couldn't think of a good way to implement a slashing weapon though, so if anyone could offer any suggestions that would be awesome.

Also I have some questions, since I have never made armor and weapons before. I'm pretty sure I made them right, but if I didn't is there any way to make sure that dwarves can't pick them up and use them?  Also I have no idea what some of the tags in the armor and weapon files do (such as [COVERAGE] and [LAYER_PERMIT] in the armor and [TWO_HANDED] in the weapon) , and I just guessed and changed them without having a clue as to what they actually affect. If someone could please enlighten me that would also be awesome.

Could be nice if you made the carp and unicorns seigable races too.

[COVERAGE] has to do with how good the clothes are at keeping out the effects of temperature changes. You can use this to create temperature reducing clothing.

[LAYER_PERMIT] deals with the number of clothes that can be worn at a time under a piece of clothing. Example: a dress has a permit of 50, so clothing can be added underneath that dress as long as the added [LAYER_SIZE:] tags of all of those clothes are less than 50. (the last article of clothing can exceed the 50 limit)

[TWO_HANDED:?] means that creatures with a size above the [MINIMUM_SIZE:?] tag but equal to or below the [TWO_HANDED:?] tag must wield the weapon with two hands. Example: a weapon has [MINIMUM_SIZE:5] and [TWO_HANDED:7]. Creatures below size 5 cannot wield the weapon, creatures above size 7 can wield the weapon in one hand, and creatures size 5, 6, or 7 can wield the weapon, but only with two hands.

I added Carps and Unicorns now, and I changed the Elephants because they were rediculous at 20 size 3 damblock (lol i got 3 sieges in one month with that and my fortress isn't looking too pretty right now, and that was without the weapons and armor). I changed it so that unicorns siege in spring, Elephants siege in summer, and carps siege whenever they feel like it(basically annoyance sieges). here are the updated files:

just make it so that they all carry one weapon called tusks or something and make it so they're all called 'elephant' when carrying this weapon?
