Anyone may...
  • Create a mortal, a blank slate, and whit no special powers or overpowered stuff and no items.
  • Create items.
  • Enchant items.
  • Speak to a mortal.
  • Give a mortal the gift of a magic ability. please mention if hereditary or not, and maybe genetic behaviour if it is.
  • Strike a mortal whit lightning.
  • Change the flow of time, within limits.
  • Something else that have my approval...
You may do no more than 2 of these things, before giving someone else a chance, or time pass.

Edit: oh, and most important of all, you have no power over the free will of mortals.

All that exists is a plane with some stuff and a nondefinite 'edge'.
Strife, overpowered on this plane speaks to Trifes.
Strife: "Hi."
Trifes is given the power to turn colors to camoflauge himself (heriditary, can be taught by Trifes).

((How are the mortal moves being handled? I'm going to make Trifes colorful, is that okay?))

NPC: Trifes turns purple (magic).
