I'm hoping I can make it.  Normally it would fit right into my schedule, being a member of the Aristocracy of the Night as I am, but my sleep got messed up this weekend.  It'll probably be the first thing I do after waking up.

That's a good point, Il Palazzo, I promise that if we can't get everyone ready then, we can at least play a pickup game.

If, Planet forgive, I don't show up myself, it should be a simple matter for someone else to host the game.

If anybody has a chance, try to join the game at [[75.211.20.90]] now, so we can locate any bugs beforehand.

It's supposed to be the TCP/IP option right?  Because I just tried that with that IP and it couldn't find a game to join.

Good news, we've gotten Chairman Palazzo in, so there seems to be some things working. We're still looking for others to join before we start.

Hmm... Where are you located, Palazzo?

Here's something else to try; make sure you install the 4.0 patch, then the XP compat patch, not the other way around. If you aren't sure, uninstall the XP patch, run the 4.0 update, then reinstall.

Palazzo, did your machine just fall asleep? It said it lost contact with you... and this caused a crash. Restarting the game.

Back up and running.

ok, i disconnected, then tried to join again, which caused the game to crash(as there were two Il Palazzos on the list)
Will be back in a few minutes

Just for reference: I typically sleep on weekends from 12 AM to 11 AM Pacific, meaning...

8 AM to 7 PM GMT

Also, gone in 2-3 hours but back 2-3 after that.

Okay, because I have no idea what my problem is, could somebody list step by step what they're doing?

I have the game installed, with the two patches installed in the proper order (4.0 > XP).

I have all of my firewalls turned off.

75.211.20.90 entered as the IP.

Still finding nothing.

I don't know if that's an issue, but it could be.

Hmm... Do you have access to more than one computer? Maybe try it on a different one?

Aq: I've been trying to google up similar problems, but couldn't find anything like that.

You could try hosting a game yourself - maybe at least we could find you.
