There is a glitch you can take advantage of, stand at the far right of the platform and it misses you completely. Another thing to do is stand as close as possible to the bullet bill, since you can only shoot 4 bullets at once.

Or you can go ctrl + y and click on the X at the cross between one and the keyboard. That will let you re-assign keys for that session.

I wish we could assign different buttons.

If you time it absolutely perfectly, you can drop off the platform as the banzai bill passes over you and double-jump back up without dying.

But yeah, just stay on the right side of the platform. (I got stuck on the Dr. Wily part- it's not at all hard to figure out, i just suck at it)
