The Engine: A survivor's tale
« on: January 26, 2009, 08:57:40 am »

I'm making a new story for you readers out there. I won't say what its about, but it hopefully should be interesting reading, with not too many pic's so to make it easier on me.

It needs some prep time though, so I need your help! I need the following links:

A mod for cyborgs that works with tweak

Advise on RPing (you can just say it here)

7 volunteers to partake in the story!

Thanks in advance!

Cyborgs? What kind of characters will these be? I'd be willing to participate, but I have no idea if I should request a cyberdwarf or not (Because I definitely want to request a cyberdwarf). How about a little info so I know what kind of character to request?

Oh, and advice on RPing. I know fortress logs are popular, but I'd recommend against that and instead try to tell it like a novel, and have the fortress logs as interesting elements of the story.

Thats the plan that I'm gonna take anyway. Thanks for the advice!

And you should take a normal military type dwarf. Specify weapon too please!

Name: Gedisic
Profession: Axedwarf
Description: While he took the oath for king and country and honor and duty, he secretly wants fame and vanity and riches and gold. So have him act like a professional soldier... except for subtle remarks towards gaining wealth.

I'm bummed about not getting a cyberdwarf.
