Hovering mouse = meme?  ???

1) Go to www.xkcd.com
2) Click "random"
3) Read the comic
4) Hover your mouse over the comic until text appears
5) Get the inside joke
6) ? ? ?
7) Profit!

You actually don't need to click random, but it's more fun that way.

Nerd females are attractive to nerd males, and, owing to their scarcity, are often shown large amounts of attention in an attempt my the male to "score." This particular female is aware of this, and is clearly taunting the male (as their are no girls on the internet) reader.  Probably because she is aware of the male's (i.e. you) incredibly small point total.

Me, thinks it's a programming joke. I have never attempted anything of the sort so I can't say for sure. What I can tell you though is that it reminds me of Duke 2.0/

It's a fucking loop of ducks. Ducks always follow their mother. He makes the mother turn and she plucks it at the original location it was at. If the ducklings were this stupid, they'd do just that.

I think it is a programming joke then. About infinite loops.
