Explanation:  A lot of people (apparently), when they're in college, are a little unsure as to who they really are and what they feel.  This confusion sometimes leads to people questioning their sexual orientation, whereupon they will "experiment" with someone of the same (or other, depending on previous orientation) gender to figure out if they're straight or gay.  People will prefer to use the unisex and politically correct(-er) term "experimenting", rather than actually saying fudgepacking or rugmunching.

The XKCD twist?  Taking the term "experiment" literally, and in a more scientific and professional capacity.

Ok, imagine you are testing to see which chocolate is better, except in this case chocolate is sex. You have control group A, which is a generic brand from a supermarket. (or males). Incase something is different with the generic brand (cockroaches got into it or something), we have another control group, B. And then, we have the exotic chocolates, the luxury chocolates, etc. (or females). These are tasted by the tester(s) (in the case of this strip, the girl). Whichever tastes nicest (or whichevers sex is best) is then declared best. Get it?

XKCD's latest comic, which makes fun of Obama's inauguration speech somewhat, though more specifically at John Roberts.

I wonder how many people will understand that comic in 2 years, or, hell, even 1 year. Seems like something that will be forgotten pretty quickly.
