Cilia are the movement apparatus of single-celled organisms like amoeba. They work by pushing them forward and also can be used to swim. For my action, I propel my self towards the tunnel, learning about how to manipulate my body better in the process.

Switching it on and off is indeed a free action. Unless specified, performing an ability during a turn is considered a free action, though there will be special conditions, generally there to keep the game 'balanced'.

About as balanced as you can get when your all damning yourselves and what not.

I don't think I'm totally unconcious, merely very, very drunk.

If I am able to do something (where am I being dragged to, by the way? To my new master, I presume?), I will use the sword of G'ruth to splint Neo's arm. Unless Mr Master is very much against it.
