I suppose it's a slippery matter there. I would guess that you can't use ONLY photo material. You can use stick figures with faces pasted onto them, but a significant part of the image should be drawn.

Yes, you have to draw everything, that's exactly what I was getting at. The point was to not allow easy shortcuts by splicing images into the pictures. Remember, worse = better.

Remember, These are experiments, not permanent changes!

Reviewed previous posts and remembered to add some more people to the permanent list, and while I was updating the list, decided to removed the "(permanent)" tag from everyone because they are already in the permanent list, so it was sorta redundant and cluttersome.
