it's not hard, just set special features to ALWAYS in the init, then pick a good location.
i guess if your going to play, you might as well go all out, isn't finding adamantine the dwarvenly thing to do?

of course, the HFS could destroy you.

My point is that not everybody embarks on HFS all the time.

In the upcoming version, you can't help it.

Where I'm from (southeast USA) it's not uncommon to hear people use don't in place of doesn't.  But it still isn't what you'd call proper English. 

Anyway, my favorite bit about double negatives...a teacher is lecturing to his class:
 "In some instances, double negatives cancel each other out, resulting in an affirmative statement, while in other instances double negatives serve to emphasize the negative.  Double positives may serve to emphasize the positive, but never result in a negative meaning"
to which a student replies sarcastically "Yeah, right...."

and for a token on-topic bit, I wonder how dwarvish will wind up using negatives

Maybe, but we don't know the actual extent of it yet, like one per local square (as it is now), or 4, or even 10.

Not to seem off topic from dwarf fortress...  Anyone know if you assign what beds are hosipital beds or is it like the current version?  Cause being able to make a room specifically for surgury would be pretty good, so blood doesn't cover other healing dwarves..

Yeah, there's a new hospital zone now. All furniture within it is set aside for medical use.

Assign a Noble to pull a lever that drops them into a Wooden Weapon trap, let the Surgeon patch them up, then put the process on Repeat? You'll have a great Doctor in no time. For bonus points, try to get appoint whose leg muscle has been wounded.
