A_Fey_Dwarf. I agree with the combat modifier thing. Trifes should've had either no modifiers or a -1 for facing. I don't know what the +2 for mine would be, but it probably shouldn't've worked at roll two. It'd be fair, I think. Plus, I won even without it.

I agree with Web and Fey.  Bonuses work well for initializing combat, but after the first blow has been struck, you'd think the defender would be on their guard, and the attacker would not.

SSSS, face west.

Brother Cheeetar, I suggest that you move south as well. Together, we can probably take down Siquo and provide Brother Duke and Brother Panda with backup.

Org, I used this (http://www.bay12games.com/forum/index.php?topic=22266.0) program to draw the map in ascii DF style. After that I took a screen shot and opened it with the GIMP editing program. In GIMP I cropped it to the correct size, turned on the grid function, set it to 8x12 and then made that the background layer. Afterward, for every directional arrow, grate and player's character I made a separate layer so that I could move them around the map with out actually destroying it.

The next round will begin after this one is over, but other people are free to start their own if they wanted. I feel that 12 is a good number of players but I suppose that I could take it up to 16.
