House Wulfenbach started.  8)

We're on some backwater frozen arse planet and are currently trading luxuries from another planet to our one.

How do I get the galactic map up easily?

EDIT: What is a galactic day in real time?

EDIT2: Also, I'm on Capricorn. Anyone else about?

Yeah I'm in Capricorn, I'm House of the wolf :). You got lucky last month House Noah went crazy and destroyed so much stuff.

And I profited from it sooo much :D

House Moesring.

With all of the infrastructure destroyed on most planets I got to move in on them completely unopposed in agriculture with prices for food rising. Add to this the fact that I talked house blint into giving me massive gifts and subsidies under the guise of "helping those houses effected" when the houses I'm helping are all AFK. I stand to make hundreds of thousands of solars in just a couple of months :P

Man, is Daimyo meant to have this much power? :|

Seriously, it looks like he has at least two indomitable fortresses on EVERY PLANET.

Baade has the same power.  He always has allies and keeps out of most of the open politics.  Governor on most of the planets though, so he has the final say in the senate.

I think the House system might be a bit broken, to be honest. It works more like galactic corporations than actual feudal houses.

I might try to do some game design for a better system. ;p Too bad I have no idea how to program or write any decent HTML.

You can be the gameplay and conceptual designer. (Also HTML is extremely simple)

Also a new version of the game is currently being developed. You may want to ask for an account and give improvement suggestions for that.

Don't say things like that! If we started getting game designers who didn't know how to code in the industry, it might actually give it some innovation! And we don't want that!

I'll have to learn HTML, to be honest. =/

I just flicked through the game manual for Descendents of Terra. They still don't seem to be grasping the concept of a feudal society. It's still a galactic corporation. A family run galactic corporation, sure, but a galactic corporation nonetheless.

A game like this wouldn't be written in HTML anyway.

I don't know what this one is using, but you could do stuff like this with ruby or java. Even flash(meh). Whatever you like really. HTML5 could probably do it, but I'm not too experienced with that.
