Two small bugs: in raw/graphics/graphics_creature_other.txt and savage_tropical.txt you have a "\" which causes a crash on linux. Changing it to "/" fixes the problem.

Bah, I had a note to fix that one already and forgot to actually follow through. I'll make an update tonight to fix that and another couple of minor issues.

In preparation for having caste selectors for graphics, I have done up the basic sprites for Dwarf females. C+C would be very helpful.

You sure are cranking out the updates, RR. Great job. :) Do you intend to make all the "female equivalent" graphics for the Dwarfs?

Also, I vote for the inclusion of the economic stone mod. If you are already changing the matgloss files, an extra bit of modding goodness won't hurt. ;)

I would do it for Dwarves for sure. Other races I may want to leave for others to do. If I try to tackle it myself, the tedium might push me back into non-update land.

Awesome. Looking forward to the female dwarfs. :) Besides, Orcs and Goblins don't have females. They breed like fungus. At least, that's what I believe.

I don't actually play the game enough these days to present a nice screenshot. I'll be playing today, but to be honest I kind of suck at producing nice fortresses. I'll gladly accept any screenshot donations. DFFD seems to indicate that there are hundreds of players using the mod, so there's got to be a few with nice fortresses that can help me out.

nice tileset ranting rodent. Is there any way for me to make it a tad brighter? it seems that everything is just shades of black, which doesn't at all look like the samples that you have at the beginning of the thread. The tiles all look right, but the problem is they are all dark. is there any way to make them brighter instead of a uniform dark <insert color>?

Try changing the colour scheme as posted in the DFFD entry. The colour scheme settings are at the bottom of init.txt
