 Actually, Tesla would charge the Earth. Like when you ground yourself on something metal before touching electronics because you are charged.

 So really it would turn the earth into a giant Van De Graff generator, with lightning shooting harmlessly(To earthbound things) from the earth to annihilate anything coming from space.

 Actually, that would be kinda awesome. Still, it was all theoretical. I doubt he could charge the Earth with all the iron we have.

Lightning beams are impressive, but this guy kills about 5 people a day at temperatures colder than even Vodka Enhanced Russians cannot deal with.

Tesla cannot create lightning bolts without machines, and this guy wouldn't need to be in the cold if he could summon up fire without flint or tinder.
