We should string him up on Worldwide news.

Wars should be clean of naughty language.

I second this notion! War should be honourable!

I am Arabian, it is just that in Arabic, everyone who had his ancestors speaking Arabic is called "Araby", or so I got the impression. It just goes to show that these things can be under your nose for quite a while.

That does seem pretty funny.  Maybe I got a misimpression though.  I've only known Arabs from Iraq and Lebannon (although she lived in Egypt for a while).  Where do you/your ancestors come from?

Although come to think of it it's not all that weird.  There's plenty of really basic stuff about their European/African/Asian ancestors that most people in the U.S. have no clue about.  You could learn the correct way to say "Eire" (the Irish name for Ireland) and I doubt one in a hundred Irish-Americans would know what you were saying, including myself until quite recently.
I'm not Arab-American, just Arabic. From what I get, most of my ancestors have lived in what is now the United Arab Emirates (again, in the arabic version it is "Arabyah", the feminin of "Araby").

I felt a slight urge to shout back "Arabic doesn't use the Latin alphabet, you white devil!"

... but that would have been silly!  Nah, I know what you ment.

I care little what the prince calls people. What I want to know is: why is the prince a foot soldier? Should he not be leading the army to victory and glory? He is their prince, their future king!

Typing in the arabic alphabet just takes a long time to do so, but I can do it.

(don't worry, it just means that I can type, I only made it bigger because I have trouble reading it at 12pt).

Have you ever seen what happens if you turn a can of coke upside down and remove the swishy serifs from the logo?

Just a coincidence, but still pretty crazy.

I don't feel like finding out for myself. What happens?

It says some anti-Muslim stuff in Arabic.

Well, I assume it does, because I don't read Arabic.

It doesn't, its sort of like the rumor that spread a few years ago here about pepsi standing for Pay Every Penny, Save Israel. I found it funny that you can apply that to Ireland, Iceland, India and Indonesia. Also, pepsi got its name from a digestive protien called pepsin. (Soda used to be perscribed to people with digestive problems.)

Or the Rumor that Cocacola Classic used to have a picture of someone doing cocaine (and that it used to have Cocaine in it)

I seen that supposive picture on my can... people were looking WAAAAY too deep into it... it is just some random splashes that at MOST makes a face of someone with a really large nose.

Actually, it did use to have cocaine in it, but that was before drug control was issued.

What about the story that companies are trying to lobby to allow caffine in juice?

Unsure, though why the hell would one put caffine in juice is beyond me. I drink juice when I want to relax, other than that I prefer soda as my main caffine source. I really cannot stand coffee.

I thought Coca-Cola just had coca leaves in it, not cocaine.  And I'd like to remind people that they're not the same bloody thing!
