hmm, let's see...what will be excluded?
Rampart: See motte.
Motte: Unfortunately earthworks are not in DF. You must work with existing hills to find such.
Bailey: Just a type of castle.
Palisade: Wooden wall, likely left out if you ha'e a curtain wall.
Donjon: Superceded by Keep.
Privy: See Garderobe.
Castle Loopholes: See Arrow Slits.
Battlements: see Crenellations.

Maybe?
Machicolation: Not really possible unless you are allowed to count "fortifications" as this.
Portcullis: Semi-possible, using floodgates and lever.

Oubliette: Yes, but you may not be able to get the prisoners in

Ob'iously possible:
Curtain Wall, Moat, Dungeon, Murder Holes, Drawbridge, Gatehouse, Keep, Barbican, Solar, Bastion, Arrow Slits, Buttery, Crenellations, Bower, Great Hall
Possible, but won't be used as such:
Garderobe, Minstrels Gallery

That site seems rather poorly put together, so I won't officially be entering.

Portcullis: Semi-possible, using floodgates and lever.
Floodgates will prevent Wagons from trading i think.

Oubliette: Yes, but you may not be able to get the prisoners in
Prisoners = Goblins = Pit
Extra points for a 5z deep Oubliette.

If you keep the Portcullis open 'till you spot enemies, then traders can get in.

I prefer vertical bars for such a device.

I was just about to say that. Iron or steel vertical bars hooked up to a lever should work nicely as a portcullis.

You could make stone fall traps outside your turrets to simulate machicolstions. Basically the same effect.

Just cage 'em and drop 'em in. Like that other guy said, it's for goblins. Though if that's the case make sure to put your obliette somewhere way out of the way, otherwise they'll run screaming from a hole in the floor.

Another idea could be to just have screw pump windows. Fun for simulating boiling oil, etc.

You missed me. :P Competing. Taking a page from Oblivion, and building a full-fledged castle town, above-ground, with an assorted mix of taverns, hovels, farms, and monasteries. I believe later on, I'll have a dockyard ready as well.

At the moment, it's still spring in my game so with only 7 dwarves I can only do so much...I assume this contest means no modding in superdorfs? :P

ANYTHING GOES....

YES.
THEY LEFT.
Two dwarves left.
wounded sherrif and still sane planter.

I CAN DO THIS.

Migrants arrived.

Then the berserk woodcutter chopped the planter and died of thirst.
The the planter bled to death.

THAT WAS CLOSE.

More orcs...why...

Self sustaining mineshaft now.
6 dorfs with farming and a big ol' plumphelemt farm.

BLAST IT ALL!
The damned green skins killed 4 dwarves and the liaison.

The dwarven Liaison.

DAMN THEM.

he...heheheh...I have one dwarf left, the merchant guards killed all the gobs.

"Some migrants arrived, despite the danger"

Does this count? http://mkv25.net/dfma/map-4344-woundtonetemplecity
Not a Fortress/Keep settlement but more a Walled city.
If you keep the Portcullis open 'till you spot enemies, then traders can get in.
I think that when i tried i got access blocked when checking with shift+d, I dismantled them immideately though so i don't know if they go through anyway.

Constructed walls looks like brickwalls but i don't think that 2dwarf got texture for materials.
Check if they've gotten to that in the 3dwarf beautification project or what is was named.
