It seems that when you increase the size of a building near the border, and instead of the area going over the border, it shifts the cursor to the side.  This is what it should do, except it seems to not be making a check to see if that's a valid position after it does it, and so you can then place the road where you couldn't place it normally.

Although this seems to be a very minor bug, as it doesn't seem to break anything, and I can't find anything interesting to do with it.  It still blocks roads from being built in walls, although apparently you can get it to overlap a wall that's in the process of being constructed.  And while it does show a road as being able to be built over an open square, when you go to build, it doesn't actually put one there.  You can make a disconnected road over the top of a boulder, it doesn't build on the boulder, just on both sides of it, when it would normally not allow it due to being disconnected.  And this doesn't work with anything else I've found, if you try to do it with bridges or floors it gives you an "off map" and doesn't allow you to place it(which is a bit of a bug as well, because if you move the cursor back to that square normally, you can build it), and anything else can't be built that close to the edge.
