Aww, no Box Slayer today. I had to go to some sort of award ceremony thing for the speeches that ended up taking up most of the day. On the bright side, I got a perfect score on my interview, proving once and for all that I am a nice person. :P

Or that I can imitate one superbly well.

Sorry, had to get recommendations, my resume, and a personal statement for a scholarship. And now a 1500 word essay. I'll get it done though, don't worry. By tonight I hope.

The odds of me winning it are slim, but I have quite the stories about my grandfather and his Alzheimer's disease. He knew he had it, but even still would ignore it, or even make jokes about it. Such as one time, when my family was visiting, he looked over at me with curious eyes and asked who I was, then start chuckling to himself, and my family realized he was joking. Pretty amazing to me that he could have such a problematic disease and still crack jokes about it.
