Wolrd-gen: Stop at war

I've often wanted to make the game more interesting by having my civ at war with another. Right now, though, I have to gen a LOT of worlds and get lucky to find one where the dwarves are currently at war with someone other then the baby-snatchers (who don't count since we fight them anyway).

I'd like an option during world gen to tell the game to stop when a controllable civ is at war with a non-snatcher civ.

Diplomacy arc probably lets you just arbitrarily declare war

Probably, but this is intended to be a short term solution. Not knowing the code I can't say for sure, but it should be pretty simple for Toady to add in more "stop at X" points, the way he already does with the % of megabeasts left in the world.
