So I've meantioned Spherical lands here and there quite a bit and I have starting to confuse people.

Spherical lands as you may or may not know are supernatural lands, Good and Evil lands are an example though they are going to be ousted, that are ruled by a few spheres on how they behave.

However the term "Spherical Land" confuses people.

What do you think is a better alternative then a Spherical land?

Ps. Not sure I should bother with this... seeing as Toady has the trump "What I call it goes"

I think he wanted something without 'spherical' in the name, as people (including myself) tend to think it means a ball-shaped place. Or that the whole region wraps around at the edges, like a full size planet (which would be awesome, but unrealistic at current region sizes).

I like Aligned Domains, though.

Yeah Mondark is pretty correct. This topic is really to change the "Spherical" (Since Domains in DF are called Spheres) so everyone knows what it is keeping in mind that "Good" and "Evil" are slatted for removal.

Aligned Domains are good, as would be Aligned Lands, or even Aligned Terrain. I like Aligned Terrain, as it has the least amount of ambiguity... domains can mean things other than a location, after all, and lands can refer to political entities, while terrain is pretty specific.

Since "spheres" refers to "spheres of influence" I'd go with "domain(s) of influence".
