The time one is broken, methinks. I beat the game once in 9 minutes, 45 seconds, and the room didn't open up.

I used a shortcut in that run, I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it, but the wiki doesn't specify.

To get the time unlock, you need to begin from area 1, IE, no shortcuts.

HAHA! I have beaten the entire game not only in under 10 minutes, but in 7 minutes, 17 seconds! First try too!

Proof:

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

I got INCREDIBLY lucky though, when I was running through the first world, I came upon a shop that was selling: a Jetpack, spring shoes, spike shoes, and a shotgun! I saw the chance, so I just ran in, killed the shopkeeper with his own shotgun, grabbed the goods, and got the heck out. With the jetpack in tow, I completed the second world fairly quickly, and the third insanely fast (all four levels only consumed about 30 seconds).

Switched out my shotgun for a sceptor in world four, to make the boss fight easier.

Beating the final boss only took about two minutes, I got REAL lucky with the sceptor shots though, as I was ditching safety completely to try to dig through the ground ASAP.

That was fun.

Nice, you must have a good strategy or good reflexes for dodging shopkeepers after you anger them...  I've heard that shopkeepers stop lurking by the exit after you're done with the current area, is that true?

I'm not entirely sure, but I'm pretty certain that an angered shopkeeper will stake out the exit of the next level, and that's it.

When I do see an angry shopkeeper though, I still have to be careful, even though I've been toying with them long enough to be able to predict their movements, they can end you pretty fast.

I'm pretty sure that's a change from previous versions--the one I had before my HD crash, they would stalk you for several levels, and at least one version they would stalk you for the whole rest of the game!  Eep!

The only one I am missing is the Moon door, the time one was easy.

Neh, I have stopped playing anyway until the next update.
Until then, touhou and other doujin games.

I'm close to 500 deaths, and i've gotten to the 1st level of the 4th world. I only last about 10 seconds in there, since i usually have only 1 health left. Right now, i'm just playing so i can pay the guy to dig the tunnel to world 4 (already got the other 2 dug).

Centration. Similar to Spacestation 13, but in 3D and first-person. Sounds damn awesome.

Got the tunnel to 4th world now.

I can get to the final boss easily enough (scepters are AWESOME!), but i can't figure out how to beat him. Checking the Wiki.

Wow, somehow just noticed this.

Anyway, the game works with a "wanted" level, kindoff like stars in GTA.
When you steal something, vandalize, or anything that angers the shopkeepers, your "wanted" level rises by two(three if you are already wanted).

If you are still "wanted", then a shopkeeper will spawn at the exit to the level.

Killing a shopkeeper makes you permenently wanted.

Your wanted level decreases by one for every level you complete.
