In other news, I said screw it all and stopped whipping pots. The next three pots I threw all had spiders. The second two pots were thrown in a vain attempt to kill the present spiders.

 I tell you, those things really, really hate you.

It's actually quite possible to just run away.  Half my deaths are from "Ha HA!  I have you now spider, just follow me over here and eat whip--ohgodno".  If I ran instead of fighting I'd live SO much longer.

I once ran away and misjumped into a pit with spikes. Running away too hastily can also be bad. :)

Shopkeepers have been changed. They have more health but only do one damage when they run into you. Their shotguns are still as dangerous.

In the previous version, if you were hold a live bomb and did an inventory switch, you would put the bomb away and it wouldn't blow up.  Was very useful when trying to plant bombs close to the wall in order to get two squares worth.

Now you just can't switch.
