The dwarves of dwarf fortress need gnus!They need to witness the power of the bovidae!They could be as strong as current crossbows when/if they get balanced out.And when the gnus are set on fire,they release a unit of smoke(whats a wildebeest without smoke?).The dwarves carrying the gnus would need either pulleys or several stones,with gnupowder made with grass.You could also have the other races call them "Catoblepas".

would be if he didn't say Bovidae... which I doubt it latin for "Guns are cool"

Judging by Bovidae sounds close to Bovine... which refers to cows (the beefy kind) I can only guess this is a joke topic.

I am sorry but I find that the suggestion forum should be kept a bit serious. Joke suggestions, unless they are a half-joke, I really don't think has a place here... especially one that makes fun of other people's more serious suggestions... Have a nice day.

Seriously, though, more animal variety would be nice, and I noticed gnus were missing.

And I know Toady loves adding gnu features.

I think muskoxen is enough

I don't see why dwarves use cows when they could have mountain goats or muskoxen instead
