I like the loonie bin idea. But then we need a seperation between the insanity types.

Melachonics get put in the statue hall untill they get enough "has admired a fine statue" thoughts that they start acting normal again.
Babbelers get added to the main dining area so they have some contact.
Berzerkers will be put in a special barracks near the entrace. If a siege arrive, we will tell them that it's those goblins that stole their turtle shell or whatever.
