[40d] DF elf version of little lamplight (Elf town with only children)

This might not be a glitch, but its a pretty rare occurance. EVERYBODY in the town is an elven child. I cant find any guards, druids, or any other adult elves. Maybe this is just the RNG and not a glitch, but I dont think this should be possible. At least I have a town perfect for spirit of fire slaughter.

A friend of mine got something like this when he stopped worldgen very early on and embarked in an elf village.  His dwarves were living among elf children.
