Well, why would you issue such an order? Any sane player would use it as 'don't run from the dragon, finish the wall so it can't get in' or 'ignore the rising water Trigger, we need that pump functional' order. I wouldn't call that mind control, just a simpler way of mass managing your dwarves. Would also ease dealing with stuff like skelks dropping into the dry moat

Good times would of course ensue from forgetting to turn it back on but eh

I actually made this suggestion because on my 2x2 horrifying map almost no job could get done because there was a skeleton fox on the other side of a risen bridge!
But what if out of sudden your miner would not run away from a zombie if it has absolutely NO way to get to him, and the other (the coward) would run away from first thing he sees
That's what I'm talking about, and yeah seeing this as an init or order would be also nice
And I think this wouldn't change much because dwarfs get killed by trying to take a sock from a dwarf that died from nearby goblins or whatever
